Heavy Duty Tri-ply body
The Tri-Ply body of Nigella kadhai is its specialty. Sandwiched between two sheets of stainless steel is a thick core of aluminium. Aluminium is 9 times better conductor of heat than steel. This ensures heat spreads quickly and evenly thus avoiding hotspots and burning or sticking of food. The base is made of AISI Grade 430 magnetic stainless steel which is induction-friendly. The inside is made of anti-corrosion 304 steel which doesn’t react with food making it 100%    safe  for cooking and helps retain the flavour. The lower usage of oil enables healthy cooking at all times.

Wash & Care
Always let a hot stainless steel kadhai cool down to room temperature before cleaning it. Do not use the scrubber harshly. For better results use a soft cloth, sponge or plastic scrub instead of any harsh material like steel scrubber.
